Iberspa spa and hot tub parts

Iberspa parts are the small working components that keep a domestic spa comfortable to use: the valves that control air and water at the jets, the skimmer that clears the surface, the trim covers that hide the openings in the shell and the diffuser that carries fragrance into the water. None of them are expensive items on their own, but when one fails the spa either loses performance or simply looks unfinished, which is why they are among the most frequently replaced components on an acrylic hot tub.

Here you will find parts referenced to Aquavia Spa, Ocean Dreams, Oeweo Confort and Privilège models, with some items also used on Astral Pool hot tubs. Air controls and diverter valves

Two kinds of valve sit on the top rail of most spas. An air control, sometimes called a venturi, opens a bleed of air into the jet line so that the water leaving the nozzle is aerated and feels firmer on the body. A diverter sends the pump’s output to one group of jets rather than another, letting you concentrate flow on the seat you are using.

• Air control valves — the RPOR0261 air control is made for a 1-inch air hose and turns to open or close the venturi feed.
• Diverter valves — RPOR0262 is listed for Aquavia Spa and Ocean Dreams hot tubs, while the 31-4090 on/off diverter works with 3/4″ jet pipework.
• What goes wrong — handles crack or spin freely, the internal gate stiffens with scale, or the O-rings dry out and the valve weeps at the deck.

Before ordering, note the pipe or hose diameter the valve is plumbed into, because 3/4″ and 1-inch fittings are not interchangeable. It also helps to check whether the valve is a simple on/off type or a rotary diverter with several positions, and whether the body is glued, threaded or clamped into the pipework underneath.

Skimmers, covers and finishing parts

The skimmer draws water from the surface and feeds it to the filtration circuit, trapping leaves, insects and oils before they sink. On a spa it is usually a compact assembly set into the shell, with a removable front cover or door that is the only part visible from inside the tub.

• Skimmer bodies — RPOR0178 is the skimmer listed for Aquavia Spa and Astral Pool hot tubs.
• Skimmer covers — RPOR0156 suits Aquavia Spa and Iberspa shells; RPOR0442 is the cover for Oeweo Confort and Privilège models.
• Fragrance diffusers — item 13881 is the diffuser used on Aquavia and Ocean Dreams spas, the small cartridge holder that releases scent into the air circuit.

Covers are the part most often replaced on their own. UV exposure and spa chemicals gradually make the plastic brittle, the clips snap and the cover drops into the water. Because the fixing arrangement varies between shells, measure the aperture and compare the clip positions with the photographs rather than relying on appearance alone.

Identifying the right part

Spa components change over production runs, so a model name is a starting point rather than a guarantee. The quickest checks are the ones you can do with the old part in your hand.

• Read the moulding — many valve bodies and covers carry a code on the reverse that matches the reference used here.
• Measure before you order — hose or pipe diameter for valves, and the overall width and height of the opening for a skimmer cover.
• Use the parts diagram — the position number on the exploded view of your spa ties directly to the component reference.
• Check the seals — if a valve leaks rather than sticks, the gasket or O-ring may be the only item needing attention.
• Note the model and shell — Oeweo, Privilège, Aquavia Spa and Ocean Dreams cabinets use different trim, even where the internal part is shared.
