Ondilo – ICO Redox ORP Sensor for ICO Spa and ICO Pool

The Ondilo ICO Redox sensor is the orange replacement ORP sensor for the ICO Spa and ICO Pool connected water monitors. It measures the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of your hot tub or pool water, a close proxy for the amount of free chlorine or bromine present. The pack also includes the items needed to calibrate the new sensor.

Compatibility of the Ondilo ICO Redox sensor

This orange hot tub and pool ORP sensor is a spare part for the following connected water analysers:

• Ondilo ICO Spa (5V1 and V2)
• Ondilo ICO Pool
• BWT Pearl Water Manager
• Wellis W.I.S.

If your ICO Spa or ICO Pool is used with salt water, a separate kit is available for that application.

What is included

In addition to the redox sensor, the pack contains:

• 1 ORP 470 mV buffer solution
• 1 ICO calibration stand
• 1 calibration and sensor replacement guide
• 1 free ORP calibration kit

The protecting cap is supplied with the sensor.

Fitting, dimensions and cleaning

The sensor uses a Twist & Lock system, so it can be changed easily with the sensor replacement tool. The sensor is 95 mm long.

Ondilo recommends cleaning the three sensors (orange, blue and grey) once a month. Take the ICO out of the water, remove the protection hood and wipe the sensors with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Then refit the hood and put the ICO back into your hot tub.

Calibration, support and documentation

After the first season, recalibrate the sensors each time you restart your pool or spa, or every 6 months if you do not winterise, and whenever you notice a drift in the measurements.
