Aqua-Flo – Flo-Master XP2 Single-Speed Spa Pump

The Aqua-Flo Flo-Master XP2 is a single-speed hot tub pump for powering the massage jets on all types of spas, and it is also sold under the Gecko brand. Its dimensions are similar to those of the XP2e 3 HP sister model, but the height of 210 mm deserves a check if space in your equipment bay is limited.

Power ratings and wet end orientation

This replacement spa pump comes in two power ratings. Pick the one that matches the pump you are replacing:

• 1.5 kW (2 HP), current 6.7 A
• 1.8 kW (2.5 HP), current 8 A

The wet end is available with a standard exit, an exit to the left or an exit to the right. Check the position of the outlet on your current pump before you order.

Plug types and cable

The Flo-Master XP2 is delivered pre-cabled with an AMP plug on a 210 cm cable. The plug types listed for this pump are AMP, J&J and in.link.

Installations equipped with a mini J&J plug must use an adapter from AMP to mini J&J (sold separately). Alternatively, you can reuse the cable from your existing pump if it is in good condition.

Dimensions and pipe connections

The pump measures:

• Length: 380 mm
• Width: 190 mm
• Height: 210 mm

The pipe connection is a male thread (2-inch MBT) with a 78 mm outside diameter. The pump is supplied with pump unions for 2-inch pipes. You can also choose pump unions for 1.5-inch pipes or 63 mm pipes.

Spare parts are available for this pump, including the wet end, faceplate, US Seal PS-200 wet end seal, Aqua-Flo Flo-Master XP2 impeller and wear ring. This lets you service the pump instead of replacing it completely.
