Balboa – 78 mm Pump Union for 63 mm Pipe

This 78 mm pump union for 63 mm pipe is a replacement connector for spa pumps with the 2-inch MBT thread found on most larger spa pumps. The nut screws onto a pump thread with a 78 mm outside diameter, and the exit takes 63 mm pipe. It suits several pump brands, including Waterway, LX Whirlpool, Aqua-Flo ITT/HydroAir and Balboa, but it does not fit Espa or Davey Spa Power pumps.

Compatibility with spa pumps

This hot tub pump union is made for pumps with a 2-inch MBT thread, which is common on most larger spa pumps. Compatible pump brands include:

It does not fit pumps manufactured by Espa or Davey Spa Power. If your pump comes from one of those makers, you will need a different type of union.

• Outside diameter of the matching male thread on the pump: 78 mm
