The Therm Products 25-4129-TI is a small 3.6 kW universal titanium hot tub heater element, supplied as a replacement for most spa heaters, including Balboa, Gecko and Thermcore. It also suits a range of other heaters, among them Arctic Spas models, and it comes with o-rings, nuts and an instruction sheet.

• Distance between the heater terminals, from centre point: 29 mm
• Total length: 178 mm
• Maximum width: 35 mm
• Depth, excluding the terminals: 32 mm

Water leak at the terminal: check the o-ring first

If your heater element still works but water is leaking around the point where the terminal enters the tube, you may be able to fix it by simply replacing the o-ring. In that case a complete new element may not be necessary.
