HydroQuip – 7.2 kW Flow-Thru Hot Tub Heater for Arctic Spas
The HydroQuip 48-9130-CP-K is a 7.2 kW flow-thru hot tub heater made for Arctic Spas hot tubs. This replacement heater has a Titanium element and is supplied with a power cord and cover plate, and it replaces the earlier 48-9130 and 48-9130-K versions.
Compatibility of the 48-9130-CP-K heater
This spa heater is designed specifically for Arctic Spas hot tubs. It can also be used on other systems that need the same 7.2 kW heating capacity. If you are in doubt, contact us with the part number of your current heater and we will help you check.
The 48-9130-CP-K replaces 48-9130, 48-9130-K and 48-9130 R1 to R4, so you can also search for any of those numbers.
Heater design and sensor mounting
The heater has two 3.6 kW elements, each with its own power cable, giving a total of 7.2 kW at 30 A. The power cable is 110 cm long.
An insulated pocket on the outside of the heater takes a temperature sensor and/or a hi-limit sensor. A threaded slot is also provided for mounting a pressure switch.
