Poolex – Silverline Three-Phase Full Inverter Pool Heat Pump 30.5 kW

The Poolex Silverline PC-SLP300TN is a three-phase Full Inverter pool heat pump with R32 refrigerant, rated at 30.5 kW at A26 and 24 kW at A15. It is designed for pools up to 150 m³ and varies compressor and fan speed instead of simply switching on and off. It is also reversible, so it can cool the water as well as heat it.

How the Full Inverter technology works

The compressor starts gradually. When the water temperature is far from the set point, the heat pump raises its output to heat the pool quickly. Once the set temperature is reached, it runs at reduced power to hold it, which means fewer abrupt starts and stops.

Poolex states that this way of running can cut electricity consumption by up to 35% over a year compared with an ON/OFF pool heat pump. As output drops, the fan slows down and the sound level falls with it.

The reversible function is also useful for smaller above-ground pools, where water can warm up quickly in strong sun and encourage algae.

Performance and technical data

At an air temperature of 15°C and a water temperature of 26°C, the heating output ranges from 6.3 kW to 24 kW. Power consumption under these conditions is 5.29 kW, with a COP between 4.5 and 7.5. At 26°C air and 26°C water, the COP ranges from 5.4 to 13.2.

Installation and connection

The PC-SLP300TN is a three-phase model and needs a 380/415 V three-phase electrical supply. It connects to the pool’s filtration circuit with Ø50 mm (1″1/2) pipework. The LED panel lets you check the operating status at any time, and the wired extension allows control from a distance, for example from the terrace.

The Silverline Full Inverter line also comes in other sizes, including single-phase versions and other three-phase models. This three-phase model with a 30.5 kW rating at A26 is intended for pools up to 150 m³. Check your pool volume and electrical supply before ordering.
