Koller – Wet End for Koller 136 Series Circulation Pumps – 0.54 HP

The Koller 136 wet end is a complete replacement pump head for Koller 136 series circulation pumps with centre suction, offered as 136-120-C, 136-200-C, 136-300-C and 136-400-C. It is supplied with volute, impeller, wet end seal, faceplate O-ring and faceplate, so the whole hydraulic end of the pump can be renewed in one go. The four versions differ by impeller (0.16, 0.27, 0.40 or 0.54 HP), so it must be matched to your pump.

• Koller 0.16 HP circulation pump, center suction
• Koller 0.27 HP circulation pump, center suction
• Koller 0.40 HP circulation pump, center suction
• Koller 0.54 HP circulation pump, center suction

How to choose the right wet end

Note the part number on your pump motor and compare it with the table below to find the matching wet end reference:

• Pump 136-120-WC: 0.16 HP, impeller diameter 68 mm, wet end 136-120-C
• Pump 136-200-WC: 0.27 HP, impeller diameter 72 mm, wet end 136-200-C
• Pump 136-300-WC: 0.40 HP, impeller diameter 80 mm, wet end 136-300-C
• Pump 136-400-WC: 0.54 HP, impeller diameter 87 mm, wet end 136-400-C

Select the option on this page that corresponds to your pump rating. The impellers are specific to each version, so the wet ends are not interchangeable between power ratings.

Fitting and dimensions

The wet end is 145 mm wide and 168 mm high. The fixing points that attach it to the motor are 130 mm apart on the diagonal.

Both the suction and the discharge connection have a 62 mm thread diameter (type MBT 1.5 inches). Compatible pump unions are available for 1.5″ and 50 mm pipe.
