Gecko – in.k1001 Touch Screen Spa Keypad for in.x and in.y Systems
The Gecko in.k1001 (part number 0607-008152) is a touch screen spa keypad, supplied as a replacement topside control panel for selected Gecko in.x and in.y systems. It offers exactly the same features as the in.k1000 but is a little smaller, so check its dimensions against your cut-out. Its swim spa training program makes it especially interesting for swim spas.
Compatible Gecko systems for the in.k1001 keypad
The in.k1001 works with the following systems from Gecko’s X and Y series, provided they have the appropriate software revision:
- in.xm2
- in.xe
- in.yj-3-V3
- in.ye-3
- in.ye-3-V3
- in.ye-5
- in.yt-7
- in.yt-8
Before ordering, make sure your spa pack is on this list and that its software revision is suitable for this keypad.
Touch screen and functions
This hot tub control panel does without physical buttons, keys and overlays. Instead, it uses a touch screen with an intuitive menu interface.
The in.k1001 can control multiple 2 speed pumps and synchronise their jets, giving the wide range of water stream strengths a swimmer needs for serious training.
It can also control a range of Gecko accessories and peripherals:
- in.stream and in.stream 2 audio streaming stations
- in.clear water purification system
- in.mix underwater colour lighting
Swim spa training program
The in.k1001 has the same special swim spa training program as the in.k1000, which is particularly recommended for swim spas. Training sessions can be customised directly on the keypad by setting flow intensities, durations and colour indicators. With this program, the keypad can turn a swim spa into a training machine.
Fitting and dimensions
The in.k1001 is slightly smaller than the in.k1000, so the two keypads do not share the same dimensions. Measure your existing opening before replacing the panel.

Part numbers and documentation
The current Gecko part number is 0607-008152. It replaces the earlier numbers 0607-008087 and 0607-008062, which you may find in older listings.
