CMP – Pro-Loc 300 SQR Jet Body Socket

The CMP 29232-299-000 is a replacement SQR jet body (socket) for all CMP Pro-Loc 300 hot tub jets. It is fixed to the spa shell and the jet simply snaps into it. Despite identical dimensions, it is not interchangeable with the CMP Typhoon 300 white model.

Compatibility of the Pro-Loc 300 SQR jet body

This new-generation SQR socket fits all of the CMP Pro-Loc 300 jets, for example the CMP Pro-Loc 300 jet – Halo Roto LED and the CMP Pro-Loc 300 jet – Halo Massage LED.

Take care if you own a Typhoon 300 white jet. The two sockets look very similar and share the same dimensions, but they cannot be swapped. Check the part number of your current socket before ordering.

How the SQR system works

The SQR system uses no nut or gasket. Instead, a grommet locks the socket in place and seals it by radial force. Traditional jets, made up of a nut, gasket and comp ring, seal by compression. The matching grommet is the CMP 3″ SQR Jet grommet, which must be purchased separately.

The socket is clear, so you can combine massage and LED lighting as you wish. To add lighting, you will need an LED port clip.

Water flowing through the socket draws in air through the Venturi effect. This adds bubbles to the jet and increases the power of the massage. The air inlet of each nozzle is normally connected to a manifold and then to a valve, so the air/water mixture in the jets can be adjusted.

Check these measurements against your spa shell and plumbing before fitting the replacement socket:

• Drilling diameter: 54 mm
• Diffuser length: 92 mm
• Face diameter: 67 mm
• Water connection: 3/4 inch smooth barb
• Air connection: 3/8 inch smooth barb

What to order with it

The jet body is the socket only. The jet itself, the SQR grommet and any LED port clip are separate items. Order them alongside the socket if your spa needs them.
