Waterway – Multi-Body Grey Air Injector Jet

The Waterway Multi-Body air injector, part number 670-2607, is a grey replacement air jet for hot tubs and is used in many spa models. It is supplied as a complete set with a gasket, a nut and three adaptors, so you can pick the shape that suits your spa. The white version of the same jet has a different part number (670-2600), so check the colour before ordering.

What is included with the Waterway 670-2607 air jet

This spa air injection jet comes ready to fit with everything listed below:

• 1 grey Waterway Multi-Body air injector
• 1 flat gasket
• 1 nut
• 3 adaptors of different shapes

You only need one adaptor per jet. Try the shapes and use the one that works best in your spa; the other two can be set aside.

Dimensions and fitting

Check these measurements against the hole in your spa shell and your existing jet before ordering:

• Hole to drill in the spa: 15 mm diameter
• Maximum shell thickness: 20 mm
• Diameter of the jet face: 35 mm
• Length of the jet alone: 36 mm
• Length of the jet with elbow connector: 50 mm
• Air pipe connection: 3/8″ male, 10 mm outside diameter

Connecting the air injector and sealing it

Connect this jet to a manifold using 3/8-inch flexible pipe. Fit it through the shell with the gasket and nut so that it sits securely against the wall.

To help make a complete seal, neutral silicone without aggressive solvents is recommended on the wall fitting and on the threads.

Grey or white: choosing the right Waterway air jet

Waterway lists this air injector in two colours. The grey jet is 670-2607 and the white jet is 670-2600. The fitting details are given above for the grey version sold here, so choose the colour that matches the other jets in your spa and compare the measurements with the jet you are replacing.
