Sundance - Whirlpool Jet Nut for Sundance Spas Massage Jets - 6541-074

Sundance – Whirlpool Jet Nut for Sundance Spas Massage Jets

The Sundance Spas Whirlpool Jet nut, part number 6541-074, is a replacement spare part for the Whirlpool Jet massage set used in Sundance Spas hot tubs since 1997. It is supplied as a single nut, separate from the other parts of the jet, so you can replace just this component. Check the dimensions below against your old nut before you order.

Compatibility with Sundance Spas Whirlpool Jet sets

This hot tub jet nut is a spare part for the Whirlpool Jet massage set that the brand Sundance Spas has used since 1997. If your spa is fitted with Whirlpool Jet massage jets, 6541-074 is the Sundance Spas part number to look for.

The nut is listed for the Sundance Spas brand only. We do not state compatibility with other spa makes, so do not assume it will suit a different jet design.

Nut dimensions

Use these measurements to compare the replacement with the nut you have removed from your spa:

• Outside diameter: 118 mm
• Inner diameter: 99 mm
• Thickness: 25 mm

Measure your old nut carefully. If the figures match and the part number is the same, you have the right spa jet nut.

Other Whirlpool Jet parts sold separately

This page covers the nut only. Other components of the Whirlpool Jet set are available separately, which is useful if more than one piece needs replacing:

• the Whirlpool Jet eyeball jet
• the escutcheon
• the jetback
• the o-ring

Order each item individually, according to which part of your jet is worn or damaged.

How to choose the right replacement part

Because the Whirlpool Jet is made up of several separate components, make sure you are ordering the one that matches the piece you need to replace. For this nut, compare the part number 6541-074 and the three measurements listed above.

If you are replacing a jet in a Sundance Spas hot tub that dates from 1997 or later, this is the nut used with the Whirlpool Jet massage set.
