Simaco - 2-Inch Pump Union for Simaco Massage Pumps - 294533

Simaco – 2-Inch Pump Union for Simaco Massage Pumps

The Simaco pump union, part number 294533, is a replacement screw-on union for Simaco massage pumps, including the SAM2-200 single-speed and two-speed pumps. It has a ring with an internal screw thread and a smooth outlet sized for 2-inch pipes. Use it when the union on your spa pump is damaged or needs replacing.

Compatibility with Simaco SAM2-200 pumps

This union screws onto Simaco massage pumps. It is suitable for the SAM2-200 range, in both the single-speed and the two-speed versions.

It is a Simaco part, so it is intended for Simaco pumps. If you are replacing a union on a pump from another manufacturer, compare the measurements below with your existing part before ordering.

Dimensions and fitting

Two measurements matter when you check that this hot tub pump union matches your current one:

• Inner diameter of the screw thread on the ring: 63 mm
• Inner diameter of the smooth outlet: 60 mm, for 2-inch pipes

The ring screws onto the pump, and the smooth outlet takes the 2-inch pipework. Measure your old union before ordering if you are unsure that it is the same size.

Replace the o-ring at the same time

We advise replacing the o-ring whenever you replace the union. The o-ring is not provided with this part, so you will need to source it separately.

Fitting a new o-ring together with the new union means you are not reusing an old seal on a freshly fitted part.

What is included

You receive the Simaco 294533 pump union only. The o-ring is not supplied with it.
