The Pentair iChlor Power Center is the dedicated power supply and control unit for the Pentair iChlor salt chlorinator system. It converts mains AC current into the low-voltage DC power required by the iChlor salt cell to generate chlorine, and links the cell’s operation directly to the pool circulation pump. This is a genuine OEM replacement unit, ensuring full compatibility and reliable performance for your existing iChlor installation.

How it works

The Power Center houses an internal transformer, a protective fuse, and the connector interface to the salt cell. It is wired to the pool pump’s power source so that chlorine generation only occurs when the pump is running. An automatic low-temperature shut-off feature protects the cell during cold-water conditions, helping to extend cell life and prevent damage.

Compatibility

This power center is designed for use with Pentair iChlor salt chlorinator systems (iChlor 15 and iChlor 30 series). It accepts both 110 VAC and 230 VAC input, making it suitable for European electrical installations. The enclosure can be wall- or post-mounted vertically, within 3 metres of the salt cell, at or near eye level close to the pool plant room.
