Compatibility of the spa pillow pin

This pillow pin is intended for most spa headrests that have holes. The information we hold does not tie it to one particular spa model, so the practical check is physical: the headrest needs a hole that accepts the insert, and the spa shell needs the notches that the barbed part clips onto.

If your headrest has no holes, or your shell has no notches for the barbed end, this pin is not the right part for your spa.

Dimensions and fitting

The pin has two ends with different sizes. The barbed end goes into the spa shell and the other end goes into the headrest. The measurements are:

• Barbed part for the spa shell: 10/11 mm diameter
• Total length: 25 mm
• Part for the headrest, circular insert: 17 mm diameter
• Part for the headrest, hexagonal insert: maximum 37.5 x 25 mm (length x width)

To fit it, clip the barbed part onto the notches in the shell, then place the headrest end into the hole of the pillow.

How to choose the right pillow pin

Because headrests differ, take a few measurements before ordering a replacement:

• Measure the diameter of the notch or opening in the spa shell and compare it with the 10/11 mm barbed part.
