Fluidra – Filter Lid Bolts for Europe Filter Ø1050

These are the genuine Fluidra replacement lid bolts for the Europe Filter Ø1050–75 mm series — the commercial-grade, bolt-down fasteners that clamp the Ø400 mm top lid securely onto the filter tank. Keeping these bolts in good condition is essential for maintaining a safe, pressure-tight seal under operating conditions of up to 2.5 kg/cm² (≈2.5 bar).

Compatibility

These lid bolts are designed specifically for the Fluidra Europe Filter Ø1050 with 75 mm connection and a 1 m filter bed depth rated at 2.5 kg/cm². The Europe Filter range uses a bolted lid design on the larger-diameter models, making correct bolt specification critical. Always verify against your filter’s model label before ordering.

Why genuine parts matter

As a pressurised vessel, a commercial sand filter demands fasteners manufactured to the correct dimensions, thread pitch, and material grade. Genuine Fluidra lid bolts are engineered to the original specification, ensuring even clamping load across the lid flange, reliable sealing with the lid gasket, and safe operation within the filter’s rated pressure range.

Installation

When replacing lid bolts, ensure all old hardware is removed and threads on the flange are clean and undamaged. Tighten bolts evenly in a cross pattern to distribute clamping force uniformly and avoid distorting the lid seal. Always depressurise and isolate the filter before opening the lid or replacing any hardware.
