This is the genuine Fluidra diffuser support set designed for the Delta Filter 1000/1200 series in Ø1000 mm and Ø1200 mm tank diameters. It provides the structural framework that correctly locates and secures the diffuser assembly inside the filter vessel, ensuring even water distribution through the sand bed during filtration and backwash cycles.

Compatibility

This diffuser support set fits the Fluidra Delta Filter 1000 and Delta Filter 1200 high-performance laminated sand filters in the Ø1000–1200 mm diameter range (covering models 36678, 36679, 36682, 36683 and their variants). These are large-format commercial and semi-commercial polyester and fibreglass filters built to EN 16713-1 standards. It is not intended for the smaller Ø650 or Ø800 mm Delta Filter variants — always verify your tank diameter and collector arm size before ordering.

Installation

Access to the diffuser support requires opening the DN 400 bolt-down lid fitted to the Ø1000 and Ø1200 mm Delta Filter models. Installation should be carried out by a qualified pool technician: the filter must be fully depressurised and drained before any internal components are handled.
