Davey - CrystalClear Replacement Filter Cartridge 150 sq ft - Q2313

Davey – CrystalClear Replacement Filter Cartridge 150 sq ft (Q2313)

The Davey Q2313 is the genuine OEM replacement filter cartridge element for the Davey CrystalClear 39150 cartridge filter. Rated at 150 sq ft of filtration area, it traps suspended particles and returns clean water to your pool. Replace or thoroughly clean this element whenever rising filter pressure or reduced return flow indicates it is loaded with debris.

Compatibility

This cartridge is the correct replacement element for the Davey CrystalClear 39150 filter housing. It also fits the Davey Easy Clear EC1500, CF1500, and Spa Quip Series 3000 filter housings that share the same element dimensions (572 mm length × 228 mm diameter × 102 mm centre hole). Always verify your filter model and element dimensions before ordering, as other CrystalClear models require different cartridge part numbers.

Why Genuine Matters

The genuine Davey Q2313 element uses Du Pont Reemay polyester media, engineered to Davey’s filtration specifications for the 39150 housing. A genuine cartridge ensures a precise fit, consistent flow rates, and maintains your filter warranty. Aftermarket elements vary in pleat count, media grade, and end-cap tolerances — a poor fit can allow debris to bypass filtration entirely.

Installation & Maintenance

Before opening the filter, always depressurise the housing using the manual air bleed and switch off the pump. Slide out the spent cartridge, rinse the housing, then lower the new Q2313 element into place — no tools or sealants required. The cartridge is compatible with salt, mineral salt, and freshwater pool systems. Monitor the filter pressure gauge regularly; a significant pressure rise above the clean baseline is the primary indicator that the element needs cleaning or replacement.
