Balboa - RJ45 Female Connector for Balboa VL Keypad Extension Leads - PPS-10038

Balboa – RJ45 Female Connector for Balboa VL Keypad Extension Leads

This standard RJ45 female connector is used to connect extension leads to Balboa VL keypads. It is a small replacement connector for the keypad cabling of your hot tub, not a keypad or control panel in itself.

Compatibility with Balboa VL keypads

The connector is intended for use with Balboa VL keypads. The source information does not list any other keypad series, so if your spa has a different topside control panel, please check before you order.

If you are unsure, contact us with the part number printed on the back of your current keypad and we will help you confirm whether this connector suits your set-up.

What the RJ45 female connector does

As a standard RJ45 female connector, it provides the socket end used when an extension lead is joined to a Balboa VL spa keypad. This makes it useful when you need to lengthen or re-make the cable run between the keypad and the rest of the system.

It is a plain connector, so there are no buttons, displays or settings to configure.

How to choose the right connector

Before ordering a replacement, run through this short checklist:

• Confirm that your keypad is a Balboa VL model.
• Check that your extension lead uses a standard RJ45 connection.
• Make sure you need a female connector rather than a male plug.
• If anything is unclear, contact us with the part number from the back of your existing keypad.

What this listing covers

This page is for the RJ45 female connector only. The keypad itself, any overlay and the extension leads are separate items, so check that you have everything you need for the job before you start.

No dimensions or technical drawings are given in the source information, so please compare the connector type with your existing parts rather than relying on measurements.
