Balboa – Micro’ssage Jet and Niche Kit for Gunite Spas

The Balboa / HydroAir 80-5274-PRO is a Micro’ssage jet and jet niche kit for gunite (concrete) spas. It combines the rotating Micro’ssage jet with the gunite jet niche that is built into the spa shell, so you get both parts together as a replacement or for a new build.

Compatibility and use

This kit is intended for concrete spas. The niche is the part that is sealed into the concrete, and the Micro’ssage jet sits in it on the inside of the spa. The niche is typically glued into a wall fitting, which is not part of this kit.

Type of massage

The Micro’ssage jet is a rotating jet. Its massage makes small undulating circles directed at a specific area of the body. With some Roto jets you can shift the jet to enlarge the circle and so widen the massage area.

Check these measurements against your existing jet and niche before ordering.

Micro’ssage jet:

• Length: 75 mm
• Thread diameter: 63 mm
• Face diameter: 90 mm

Gunite jet niche:

• Length: 90 mm
• Diameter of the part glued into the wall feedthrough: 40 mm
• Diameter of the part sealed in the concrete: 76 mm
• Diameter of the face taken in the tiles: 20 mm
