AstralPool – Capacitor for Heat Pump Mr Perfect 41kW (SC963)

This is the genuine OEM replacement capacitor for the AstralPool Heat Pump Mr Perfect 41kW (model SC963). The capacitor is a critical electrical component that supports motor start-up and stable operation, ensuring the heat pump’s fan or compressor motor runs reliably and efficiently. Replacing a faulty capacitor promptly prevents further motor damage and restores full heating performance.

Compatibility

This capacitor is designed exclusively for the AstralPool Heat Pump Mr Perfect 41kW, identified by parent SKU SC963. It corresponds to position 3 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram for this unit. Always verify your heat pump’s model number before ordering to ensure an exact fit.

Why Genuine Matters

As a genuine AstralPool spare part, this capacitor meets the original electrical and safety specifications of the Mr Perfect 41kW heat pump. Non-genuine alternatives may differ in capacitance rating or build quality, risking motor failure, voided warranties, or unsafe operation — particularly important in a high-power unit serving pools of 85–160 m³.

Installation

Capacitor replacement involves working inside the heat pump’s electrical enclosure and should be carried out by a qualified technician or electrician. Always isolate the unit from mains power before opening the casing, and allow sufficient time for any residual charge to dissipate safely before handling the component.
