Arctic – 9″ Spa Light Assembly for Arctic Spas

This 9″ hot tub light assembly is a replacement for Arctic Spas models fitted with the older light that has a polar bear moulded into the lens. That original lens tends to crack after a few years, so the assembly is a straightforward way to restore the spa light. It comes with the lens, nut and reflector, while the bulb and socket are sold separately.

What is included and what is sold separately

The light assembly comes with three parts: the lens, the nut and a reflector.

The socket and the 12W bulb are not part of the assembly. Order them separately if your current ones need replacing.

Dimensions and fitting

Check these measurements against your existing spa light before ordering:

• Face diameter: 230 mm
• Diameter of the hole to drill in the spa shell: 190 mm

Before you replace a light fitting

If your spa is losing water, one of the light fittings may be the cause. Do not rush to replace it. Change the light assembly only if it has a visible crack.

If there is no visible crack, try to stop the leak without removing the assembly, because it is very difficult to put back once removed.

If you do need to replace the light fitting, the recommendation is to apply a second layer of silicone or resin around the light assembly on the interior side of the spa.
