Fluidra – Filterdeksel met pakking voor Volcano zandfilter (Ø1050–2000)

This is the genuine Fluidra replacement filter lid with integrated gasket for the Astralpool Volcano large-diameter sand filter range, covering tank diameters from Ø1050 mm up to Ø2000 mm. It seals the filter tank opening, maintaining system pressure and preventing water or sand leakage during filtration and backwash cycles. Supplied as a complete kit — lid and gasket together — so you have everything needed for a proper, watertight closure.

Compatibiliteit

Designed specifically for the Fluidra Astralpool Volcano sand filter series in tank diameters Ø1050, Ø1200, Ø1400, Ø1600, Ø1800, and Ø2000 mm (model references 28123–28136, 28455–28459). These are large-format sand filters typically found in commercial pools, public leisure facilities, and large residential installations. Always cross-reference your filter model number before ordering to confirm fitment.

Waarom authenticiteit belangrijk is

Using an original Fluidra part ensures the lid and gasket meet the exact tolerances of the Volcano filter tank, providing a reliable pressure-tight seal every time. Aftermarket alternatives may not match the seating geometry, risking leaks or premature gasket failure. Genuine Fluidra parts also keep your installation compliant with manufacturer service requirements.

Installatie

The lid should be fitted following the Volcano filter’s service manual procedure — clean the seating face, position the gasket correctly, and torque the lid to the specified setting. Given the large tank diameters involved and the system pressures typical of commercial filtration, professional installation by a qualified pool technician is strongly recommended.
