Sized for pipe outer diameters of 67–73 mm, this Profec 2-piece pipe bracket is manufactured to DIN 4109 and combines a hot-dip galvanised steel shell with an EPDM rubber liner to secure and acoustically isolate pipework in solar heating, HVAC, and plumbing installations. The hinged, safety-closure design forms a full 360° encirclement of the pipe, ensuring uniform load distribution without point stress. An integrated female thread accepts either M8 or M10 threaded rods, giving installers the flexibility to use whichever fixings are already on site.

Construction & acoustic isolation

The bracket’s EPDM rubber seal sits between the steel halves and the pipe surface, dampening vibration and reducing structure-borne noise transmission — a key requirement under DIN 4109.
