Waterway
Waterway makes spa jets, jet internals, air injectors and fountains for hot tubs and spas. At PoolParthub.com you will find massage jets, jet diffusers, thread-in jet sockets, gaskets, air injectors and LED pop-up fountains. With the right part you can repair your spa instead of replacing it.
Waterway spa jets, air injectors and waterfall assemblies
Waterway parts turn up in a very large share of the hot tubs and spas built over the past few decades, which is why a single cracked jet face or a leaking injector body can usually be solved without replacing anything structural. Here you will find the air side of that range: Lo-Pro air jets, Top-Flo air injectors for 1" or 3/4" pipe, and the Aqua Fall waterfall assemblies in 6-inch and 8-inch widths, including backlightable versions. All are supplied with their Waterway part number so the item you fit matches the item that came out.
Lo-Pro air jets and how they are plumbed
Lo-Pro jets sit almost flush with the acrylic and deliver a fine stream of bubbles rather than a directed water jet, so they are typically found in footwells, along seat bases and in lounger shells. The important distinction when ordering is how the air reaches the jet. Two patterns are listed here:
- 3/8-inch hose connection — the 670-2200 in white and the 670-2210 in stainless steel take a flexible 3/8" air line pushed onto the barb behind the shell, the usual arrangement where air is distributed by a manifold.
- Edelstahlblende — the 670-2190 Lo-Pro spa air jet in 3/4-inch stainless steel, for shells where the visible trim is metal rather than plastic.
- Finish matters — white and stainless versions share the body style but are not interchangeable cosmetically, so match the other jets in the same seat before ordering.
Before you order, check the hole in the shell and what is behind it. A jet body that is already glued or threaded into the shell may only need the internal part replaced, while a jet that has been fitted as a complete through-shell assembly needs access from the rear of the cabinet.
Top-Flo air injectors for 1" and 3/4" pipe
The Top-Flo air injector is the component that draws air into the water line itself. It fits into 1" or 3/4" pipe and uses the flow of water past it to pull air in, which is what produces the aerated feel on a jet circuit without a blower running. Because it is a wearing item that sits in a wet, warm and often chemically treated line, the body and its seal are common replacement parts.
- White — 670-2330 for installations with white plumbing trim.
- Grey — 670-2337 where the existing fittings are grey.
- Stainless steel — PPS-10004 where a metal finish is visible or preferred.
When replacing an injector, note the pipe size it was fitted into before removing it, as 1" and 3/4" bodies look similar once the pipework is cut away. Keep the old part next to the new one and compare the seat depth and the thread or socket end rather than relying on the visible top only.
Aqua Fall waterfall assemblies
The Aqua Fall range produces a sheet of water over a wide lip rather than a jet, and is normally mounted on the top rail or the upper shell wall of a spa. Two widths are listed, 6-inch and 8-inch, and the choice is dictated by the existing cut-out in the shell:
- 675-4007 — 6-inch Aqua Fall waterfall assembly.
- 675-4008L — 6-inch backlightable version, built to accept a light behind the sheet of water.
- 675-4908L — 8-inch backlightable version for the wider cut-out.
The backlightable models are designed so that lighting can be fitted behind the waterfall lip; whether a light is included or carried over from the old unit depends on the specific listing and on what is already installed, so check both before fitting. Measure the existing opening across its widest point and note how the current unit is retained at the rear.
Identifying the right Waterway part
Part numbers are the quickest route. Many Waterway components carry a moulded or printed number on the rear flange or body, and that number — for example 670-2190 or 675-4907 — can be matched directly. Where no number survives, work from an exploded view of the spa and the position number on it, then confirm by measurement.
- Rohrgröße — 1" or 3/4" for injectors.
- Air line — 3/8" hose barb or a direct pipe connection.
- Beckenausschnitt — the diameter or width of the hole, measured before the old part is discarded.
- Finish — white, grey or stainless, to match adjacent fittings.
- Seals — measure the inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness of any gasket or O-ring you intend to reuse.
Waterway at PoolParthub.com
Here we list Lo-Pro air jets in white and stainless steel, Top-Flo air injectors in white, grey and stainless for 1" and 3/4" pipe, and Aqua Fall waterfall assemblies in 6-inch and 8-inch widths including backlightable variants, each shown with its Waterway reference.
These are the parts that fail first on an otherwise sound spa: a jet face that has gone brittle, an injector that no longer draws air, a waterfall that has lost its even sheet. Keeping them available by part number means a shell that is still good does not have to be worked around.
