This Profec ultrasonic water meter delivers accurate, non-mechanical flow measurement for DN65 pipework in municipal, industrial, and large-scale irrigation applications. The cast-iron body is finished in a distinctive blue epoxy coating that resists corrosion and is easy to identify in plant rooms or buried installations. With no moving parts in the flow path, the meter is immune to wear-related drift, maintaining Class 2 accuracy across its full operating range from the minimum flow rate of 25 m³/h up to the peak flow rate of 50 m³/h, with a nominal flow rate (Q3) of 40 m³/h.

Connections are made via DIN-standard flanges on both ends, allowing straightforward drop-in replacement on existing DN65 flanged pipework without adapter fittings. The face-to-face installation length is 200 mm, flange-to-flange centre dimension is 250 mm, and the flange bolt-circle diameter is 145 mm on each end. A rated working pressure of 16 bar ensures compatibility with high-pressure mains supply. The IP68-rated electronics housing protects the pulse output module and LCD register against submersion, making the meter suitable for pit or chamber installation in groundwater-prone environments.
