Aqua-Flo – Flo-Master XP2 Pump Impeller – 3 HP

The Aqua-Flo Flo-Master XP2 impeller is a replacement hot tub pump impeller for the XP2 wet end and for the wet end of the Aqua-Flo Circ-Master XP pump (2.5 HP version only). It is made in several power ratings from 1.5 HP to 4.0 HP, so the important step is to order the version that matches your pump. Part numbers run from 91694150 to 91694400.

Compatibility

This impeller is used in Aqua-Flo XP2 wet ends and in Circ-Master XP wet ends. On the Circ-Master XP, only the 2.5 HP version of the pump uses this impeller, which is part number 91694251.

How to choose the right impeller version

Each power rating has its own part number. You can usually tell the versions apart by the small coloured dots on the shaft of the impeller, so check your old impeller against this list:

• 1.5 HP: 91694150, three dots (yellow, green and blue)
• 2.0 HP: 91694200, two blue dots
• 2.5 HP: 91694251, two white dots
• 3.0 HP: 91694300, two green dots
• 4.0 HP: 91694400, three dots (white, green and white)

Select the HP rating in the options on this page that corresponds to your pump and to the dots on the impeller you are replacing.

Fitting and replacing the wet end seal

We strongly suggest replacing the wet end seal at the same time as the impeller. As you will already have the wet end open, this saves taking the pump apart a second time. A US Seal PS-200 wet end seal is listed separately in our range.

What to order with it

The impeller is sold on its own, in the HP version you select. The wet end seal is not part of this item and needs to be ordered separately if you want to replace it together with the impeller.

Before you order, compare the dots on the shaft of your existing impeller with the list above. This is the quickest way to avoid ordering the wrong rating for your Aqua-Flo XP2 or Circ-Master XP pump.
