Balboa – VX40D Auxiliary Spa Topside Keypad for GS DZ Systems

The Balboa VX40D auxiliary control panel, part number 53331, is a replacement hot tub topside keypad with four buttons. It fits Balboa GS spa control systems ending in DZ: the Balboa GS501DZ control system, the Balboa GS520DZ control system and the GS523DZ. This version is supplied without its overlay, which has to be bought separately.

VX40D compatibility with Balboa GS systems

The VX40D 53331 is an auxiliary spa keypad for Balboa GS control systems whose model name ends in DZ. The compatible systems are:

• GS501DZ
• GS520DZ
• GS523DZ

Balboa lists two part numbers for this keypad. Part number 53331 is the keypad only, without an overlay. Part number 53332 is the keypad supplied together with its overlay.

This page is for the keypad only, 53331. The overlay is not included and has to be purchased separately. If you would rather receive the keypad and overlay together, look for part number 53332 instead.
