Who we are
This website, poolparthub.com, is operated by POOLPARTHUB S.L.,
Avenida en Joan Carles I, 17, 03203 Elx/Elche (Alicante), Spain, CIF B23984073.
Poolparthub S.L. is the company that collects and is responsible for your personal
data (the data controller). You can reach us at
support@poolparthub.com.
What we collect, and why
Twoje zamówienie
Name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, VAT number
where you give one, and what you ordered. We use this to accept your order, ship it,
invoice it, and to handle returns, warranty and support afterwards. We need this to
perform our contract with you; invoices we must also keep because Spanish tax and
commercial law requires it.
Your payment
Payments are handled by our payment providers, Pasek oraz
Mollie. They receive the payment details you enter and tell us
whether the payment succeeded. We never receive or store your full card number.
Your delivery
We pass your name, address, telephone number and email address to the carrier that
delivers your parcel — usually UPS — so they can deliver it and keep
you informed about it.
Your messages
If you email us or use a form on this site, your message and contact details are
stored in our helpdesk (Help Scout) so we can answer you and look the
conversation up later. Our order, shipping and support emails are sent through
SendLayer.
Your visit
Cookies and similar technologies are used on this site for three things:
- Making the shop work — your cart, your session, your language
and your login. Without these the shop cannot function. - Spam and abuse protection on our forms, through
Cloudflare Turnstile oraz Google reCAPTCHA. - Advertising — we measure which adverts lead to a sale and show
adverts for our products elsewhere. This uses Google Ads (tag
AW-17996007501, loaded through Google Tag Manager GTM-K8RKFLQM) and
Microsoft Advertising (UET tag 343280803). These tags record
pages you visit on this site, what you add to your cart and what you buy, and
link that to an advertising identifier — not to your name.
How to opt out
You do not have to accept advertising or measurement cookies.
- In your browser: block or delete cookies for this site in your
browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this, and you can do it at any
time, also after you have visited us. - With Google: turn off personalised advertising at
myadcenter.google.com. - With Microsoft: turn off personalised advertising at
account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings, or opt out at
choice.microsoft.com/opt-out. - For the whole industry in Europe:
youronlinechoices.eu. - Our emails: every commercial email has an unsubscribe link at
the bottom. You can also mail
support@poolparthub.com and ask us
to stop; we will.
Opting out of advertising cookies does not affect your order, your warranty or your
ability to buy from us.
Who else sees your data
Only the parties we need to serve you: our payment providers (Stripe, Mollie), the
carrier for your parcel (UPS and, for some destinations, other carriers), our helpdesk
and email providers (Help Scout, SendLayer), our hosting provider, our accountant, and
the advertising providers named above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share
it for anyone else’s marketing.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the
United States. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the European
Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Invoices and the order data on them: as long as Spanish tax and commercial law
requires us to, which is up to six years. Support correspondence: as long as it is
useful for your warranty and service history, and no longer than necessary. Cookies:
until they expire or you delete them, which for the advertising cookies above is at
most two years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected,
have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Mail
support@poolparthub.com and we will answer
within one month.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data
protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos
(aepd.es),
or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Children
This shop is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from
anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Significant
changes are announced on the website.
