Rated at 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) and drawing just 5.4 A on a 380 V three-phase supply, the DAB EUROSWIM 150T delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 42 m³/h against a head of up to 22 metres — capacity well suited to medium and large residential pools. The three-phase motor runs at reduced noise levels and carries a high-efficiency IE2 rating, making it a practical choice wherever a three-phase supply is already available in the plant room.
Hydraulic performance & self-priming
The EUROSWIM 150T self-primes to a depth of up to 2 metres without a check valve, simplifying installation where the pump sits above the waterline. Its 2″ female-threaded suction and discharge ports are reinforced with stainless-steel rings for long-term joint integrity, and the pump handles water with pH values of 6.5–8.4, including heavily chlorinated and salt-chlorinated pool water, up to a liquid temperature of 60 °C.
Prefilter & motor construction
A built-in high-capacity prefilter basket (approximately 4 litres on the 150 model) captures debris before it reaches the impeller, and the transparent polycarbonate lid allows at-a-glance inspection without stopping the pump. The motor is completely isolated from the water, and hydraulic components are manufactured from glass-fibre-reinforced technopolymer — corrosion-resistant in aggressive environments including saline and heavily chlorinated systems. Anti-vibration feet further reduce transmitted noise to the plant room floor.
Motore e impianto elettrico
The three-phase 380 V winding makes the 150T a natural fit for commercial plant rooms or domestic installations already equipped with a three-phase distribution board, avoiding the higher single-phase current draw seen in equivalent monophase pumps. Electrical connections are made via a fully enclosed terminal board box that protects the motor from moisture ingress during installation and routine maintenance.
