Rated at 0.75 kW (1 HP) output with a 4.8 A draw on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, the DAB EUROSWIM 100MIE2 is a self-priming centrifugal pool pump delivering up to 24 m³/h flow at head values suited to medium and larger residential pools. The IE2-efficiency motor and single-speed design make it a straightforward, long-lived choice for recirculation and filtration circuits.

Hydraulic performance & pool sizing

The EUROSWIM 100MIE2 covers a broad operating range, making it well matched to residential pools typically up to around 80–100 m³. Self-priming capability of up to 2 m (without check valve) simplifies above-ground filter installations, while the pump handles water temperatures up to 60 °C and a pH range of 6.5–8.4 — comfortably spanning all standard pool chemistries including saltwater.

Motor & salt compatibility

The IE2-rated continuous-duty asynchronous motor is fully isolated from the pumped liquid, keeping heat and moisture well away from the windings. A carbon/alumina/NBR/AISI 316 stainless steel mechanical seal gives the pump full compatibility with salt-chlorination systems, resisting the corrosive environment that damages lesser seals over time. Noise is kept to around 57 dBA — unobtrusive even when the plant room is close to living areas.

Pre-filter & servicing

A large-volume (up to 6-litre) pre-filter canister with a transparent polycarbonate lid lets you check debris levels at a glance and open the basket without tools, cutting routine maintenance to a matter of minutes. The fibreglass-reinforced technopolymer body and impeller resist chemical attack from chlorinated or saline water, supporting a long service life with minimal corrosion risk. Anti-vibration feet and a fully enclosed terminal board complete the installation-ready package.
