Tefen MixRite TF 3.5 Water-Powered Dosing Pump – 3/4″ Male Thread × Hose Tail × Male Thread

The MixRite TF 3.5 is a water-powered, proportional dosing pump designed for continuous injection of fertilisers, acids, chlorine, and other liquid additives into irrigation and water-treatment lines. Operating entirely on line pressure — no electricity required — it draws a precise percentage of concentrate from a suction container and blends it uniformly into the mainline flow. The injection ratio is adjustable between 0.3 % and 2 % (1:500 to 1:50), giving growers and installers fine control over nutrient or chemical concentration without relying on timers or external power sources.

Built for demanding agricultural and horticultural applications, the TF 3.5 handles mainline flows from 10 to 3,500 litres per hour and operates across a working pressure range of 0.2 to 8.0 bar. The body is moulded from chemical-resistant engineering polymer and the internal seals are NBR rubber, making the pump compatible with a broad range of water-soluble fertilisers and mildly aggressive chemicals. The compact inline form factor — 3/4″ male thread inlet and outlet with a hose-tail concentrate pickup — allows straightforward installation on existing pipework without specialist tools.

Compatibilité

The MixRite TF 3.5 is suitable for inline installation on 3/4″ BSP-threaded irrigation mains, drip-irrigation headers, and greenhouse fertigation systems carrying flows up to 3,500 L/h. NBR seals are compatible with water-soluble NPK fertilisers, humic acids, and dilute chlorine solutions; verify chemical compatibility before use with strong oxidisers or solvents. The hose-tail concentrate port accepts standard 6–8 mm suction tubing. Not suitable for metering undiluted petroleum-based products or highly concentrated strong acids.

Tefen Dosing pump 3/4" male thread x hose tail x male thread type MixRite TF 3.5 0.3% - 2% — main
  • No electricity needed — driven entirely by mainline water pressure (0.2–8.0 bar)
  • Wide flow range (10–3,500 L/h) suits small garden lines through large greenhouse headers
  • Simple ratio adjustment (0.3 %–2 %) directly on the pump body without dismantling
  • 3/4" male-thread connections fit standard BSP fittings found on most irrigation systems
  • CE-certified; NBR seals offer good resistance to common fertilisers and mild chemicals
  • Injection ratio limited to 0.3 %–2 %; not suitable where higher concentration ratios are required
  • Flow direction is fixed — must be installed with correct orientation as indicated by the arrow on the body
  • NBR seals limit compatibility with strong oxidisers and aggressive solvents; alternative seal versions may be needed
