AstralPool – Diffuser Assembly D. 800

This is the genuine AstralPool replacement diffuser assembly for the D. 800 pool pump, referenced as position 26 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram (Pool Spare Parts Catalogue, parent SKU 4949). The diffuser is a critical internal hydraulic component that channels water from the impeller and converts rotational energy into flow pressure, keeping your pump performing at its rated output.

Compatibilité

This diffuser assembly is designed specifically for the AstralPool D. 800 pump series and must be matched to the correct pump model. Always cross-reference with the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram (position 26, catalogue reference 4949) or consult your pump’s serial number before ordering to ensure a precise fit.

Pourquoi l'authenticité est importante

A worn, cracked, or incorrectly fitted diffuser causes pressure loss, cavitation, and reduced flow rates throughout your pool system. Using an OEM AstralPool part guarantees exact dimensional tolerances, material quality (polypropylene construction for chemical and temperature resistance), and compatibility with the original mechanical seal and impeller — protecting both pump performance and your warranty.

Installation

The diffuser assembly is an internal pump component accessed after removing the pump body. Shut off power, drain the pump, and carefully disassemble the pump body before replacing the diffuser. Inspect the impeller and O-ring seals at the same time, as these components wear together. Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with pool pump servicing.
