Dimension One

Dimension One is a hot tub brand, with the @home Spas range among its models. At PoolParthub.com you will find spare parts for these spas, such as the pop-up fountain for @home models, so you can keep your spa looking and running as it should. The right part lets you repair instead of replace, saving time and money.

Dimension One spa parts and water features

Dimension One builds acrylic spas in which the water features are part of the design rather than an afterthought. Fountains, cascades and lit jets sit flush in the shell and rise or flow only when the air or water line to them is opened. Because those components spend their working life in warm, treated water and move up and down through a collar, they are among the first parts on a spa that need attention. Here you will find replacement parts for Dimension One spas, listed by the manufacturer’s own part number so that a component can be matched without guesswork.

The @home series and the pop-up fountain

The pop-up fountain fitted to Dimension One @home spas is a retracting water feature. When the feature is switched off, the head sits level with the surface of the shell so that nothing protrudes into the seating area. When water is directed to it, the head lifts on its stem and produces a vertical plume that falls back into the spa. The part supplied under reference 675-0707 is the fountain assembly for that series.

Fountains of this type are usually replaced as a complete head and stem rather than rebuilt piece by piece, because the sliding surfaces, the return spring action and the nozzle wear together. If a fountain no longer rises fully, stays up after the feature is turned off, leans to one side or throws a lopsided jet, replacing the assembly restores it in one operation.

How to identify the right Dimension One part

Spa manufacturers revise shells and plumbing between model years, so visual similarity is not proof of fit. Work through the following before ordering:

  • Part number first. Dimension One prints or moulds numbers such as 675-0707 on many components, and the same reference appears on the parts diagram for the spa. If the old part is readable, that number settles the question.
  • Model and series. Note whether the spa belongs to the @home range or another Dimension One family, along with the model name on the cabinet or the data label.
  • Serial number and year. The serial plate, usually inside the equipment bay door, identifies which revision of the parts list applies to your spa.
  • Position on the exploded view. Parts diagrams number each item. Matching the position number to the item you are replacing avoids ordering a neighbouring component by mistake.
  • Measure before you order. For a fountain, measure the diameter of the visible head and the opening it passes through; for seals and gaskets, measure inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness with a caliper rather than relying on the look of a worn ring.

Keeping a pop-up fountain working

Most fountain faults are deposits rather than breakages. Warm water with a high calcium content leaves scale on the stem, and the head then rises slowly or sticks. Suncream, body oils and fine debris collect in the nozzle and spoil the shape of the jet. A few habits extend the life of the feature:

  • Run it regularly. A feature that is never used is more likely to seize in its collar than one that moves every week.
  • Keep water balance in check. Controlling hardness, pH and sanitiser level slows scaling and protects plastics and seals.
  • Clean the head. Wipe the stem and clear the nozzle when the spa is drained, before refilling.
  • Mind the filter. A clogged filter cartridge reduces flow, and a weak fountain is often a filter problem rather than a fountain problem.
  • Drain and refill on schedule. Fresh water removes the dissolved solids that build up over a season of use.

Before dismantling anything, switch the spa off at the isolator. Water features are plumbed into the circulation or air system, so work on them is best done with the pump stopped and, where the fitting sits low in the shell, with the water level dropped below it.

Here we list Dimension One spa components alongside the wider range of pool and spa parts on the site, including the 675-0707 pop-up fountain for @home spas. Parts are shown with the manufacturer reference so the item on your parts diagram can be matched directly.

Spas stay in service for many years, and a single worn water feature or fitting should not be the reason a shell is written off. Stocking the individual components keeps an existing spa usable and avoids replacing a working unit because one visible part has failed.
