Rated to 30 bar and 120 °C, this solid-brass hose tail adaptor converts a 1″ BSP male thread to a 32 mm hose tail in a compact 55 mm overall length — making it equally at home on pool pump outlets, filter manifolds, and heat-pump pipework where a reliable thread-to-hose transition is needed. The hefty 34 mm spanner flat allows secure tightening without distorting the body, ensuring a leak-free joint even under sustained system pressure.

Material & pressure credentials

Machined from solid brass, the body resists corrosion in treated pool water and withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 120 °C — well above anything encountered in domestic or commercial pool plant rooms. The 30 bar pressure ceiling provides a generous safety margin over the typical 3–6 bar found in pool circulation systems, making this adaptor suitable for heating circuits and pressurised chemical-dosing lines as well.

Connection geometry

One end carries a 1″ BSP male thread that screws directly into any standard female-threaded pump port, filter valve, or manifold. The opposite end presents a 32 mm ribbed hose tail sized to accept standard 32 mm flexible hose, which is the most common bore used for domestic and semi-commercial pool pipework. The straight, in-line geometry keeps installation tidy and avoids unnecessary flow restriction.

Installation & compatibility

At just 55 mm long and with a 34 mm spanner flat, the fitting is easy to torque up in confined equipment-room spaces. A PTFE-tape or liquid-thread sealant applied to the male thread is all that is required for a watertight joint. Compatible with pool pumps, sand filters, heat pumps, salt-chlorinator cell unions, and general hydraulic pipework wherever a 1″ male BSP to 32 mm hose connection is specified.
