Using a genuine AstralPool connection box ensures correct terminal layout, safe mains-voltage insulation ratings, and a precise fit to the motor housing — avoiding the risk of poor connections, ingress of moisture, or voided warranty that can result from non-original parts. As an electrical component carrying mains voltage, quality and authenticity are non-negotiable.

Replacement of the connection box involves working on mains-voltage electrical components and should be carried out by a qualified electrician or trained pool technician. Always isolate the pump from the power supply before beginning any work, and follow the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram (position 23) to ensure correct reassembly.
