With a peak heating output of 35 kW at A27/W27 and a maximum COP of 16 at that same condition, the Norsup P35X/32 is engineered for large pools of 100–175 m³ on a standard single-phase 230 V supply. Full inverter technology continuously modulates the Mitsubishi rotary compressor and variable-speed fan to match the pool’s precise heat demand, rather than cycling on and off at fixed power. The result is an energy label A rating and quietly sustained pool temperatures throughout the season.

COP & zakres sezonowy

The P35X/32 delivers a COP of 8.2–5.2 at the standard A15/W25 test condition, rising to an exceptional 16–6.7 at A27/W27 — meaning the unit can return up to sixteen units of heat energy for every unit of electricity consumed at favourable air temperatures. Because it is an all-season inverter model, it continues to operate effectively well below typical summer air temperatures, extending the usable swimming season into early spring and late autumn without a disproportionate rise in electricity consumption.

Refrigerant, compressor & condenser

R32 refrigerant is used throughout, which carries a global warming potential roughly three times lower than the R410A gas found in older heat pumps — a meaningful advantage for installations subject to EU F-gas regulations. The Mitsubishi rotary compressor is paired with a titanium heat exchanger that resists corrosion from both chlorinated and salt-water pool systems, protecting long-term performance. A soft-start function suppresses voltage peaks at switch-on, making the unit compatible with domestic supply circuits rated at 30 A.

Controller, connectivity & SmartGrid

Wi-Fi is included as standard, enabling remote monitoring and scheduling via the NorsupOne app — useful for installers commissioning the unit or pool owners managing run times off-site. SmartGrid input allows the heat pump to receive external signals from a home energy management system or utility provider, adjusting output when self-generated solar electricity is available. The full-colour touchscreen on the unit itself provides direct local control with clear readouts of operating mode, water temperature, and energy data.
