Norsup Heat pump Inverter SG P 26kW 400VAC horizontal black 50mm

Rated at 26 kW heating capacity at A27/W27 and sized for pools of 75–130 m³, the Norsup SG P 26TX/32 is a full-inverter, three-phase heat pump built for large residential and light commercial installations. Its peak COP of 16 at A27/W27 — and a still-impressive 8.2 at A15/W25 — means it returns substantially more thermal energy to the water than the electricity it draws, all while operating down to –15 °C ambient air temperature. The 400 V / 50 Hz supply and a maximum draw of 9.5 A make it a natural fit for sites already equipped with three-phase power.

COP & seasonal performance

Full inverter technology lets the unit continuously modulate compressor and fan speed to match actual heat demand rather than cycling on and off at fixed output. The Mitsubishi rotary compressor — paired with R32 refrigerant, which carries a global warming potential roughly three times lower than the older R410A — delivers a variable heating range of 6.8–26 kW, so the unit never over-drives on a mild day nor under-performs on a cold one. Soft-start circuitry eliminates voltage spikes at power-on, protecting both the compressor and the site’s electrical installation.

Condenser construction & water circuit

Heat is transferred through a titanium twisted-tube condenser that resists corrosion from both chlorinated and salt-water pool circuits, contributing to a long service life in demanding environments. The 50 mm hydraulic connection handles a nominal flow of 8.6 m³/h, integrating neatly into standard plant-room pipework. The ABS and stainless-steel cabinet protects the internal components against UV and weather, with a horizontal layout that keeps the unit low to the ground for straightforward access during servicing.

Controls & connectivity

A full-colour touchscreen controller allows on-unit management of operating modes — including Power, Smart, and Silent — as well as automatic heating, cooling, and defrost cycles. The integrated Wi-Fi module connects to the NorsupOne app, enabling remote temperature monitoring and scheduling from a smartphone or tablet. SmartGrid compatibility allows the unit’s output to be regulated in response to grid signals, supporting time-of-use energy tariffs common across Europe.
