Maytronics Dolphin Ex 10 orange filter cover assembly

This is the genuine OEM orange filter cover assembly for the Maytronics Dolphin Ex 10 robotic pool cleaner. It forms the top-access lid that secures and seals the filter cartridge compartment, keeping filtration media correctly seated during every cleaning cycle and preventing debris from bypassing the filter.

Funkció és illeszkedés

The filter cover assembly locates over the filter housing bay on the Dolphin Ex 10 and latches down to create a leak-proof seal around the filter cartridge. Without a properly functioning cover, the filter can shift under water pressure, short-circuiting filtration and allowing fine debris to recirculate into the pool. This part is specific to the Dolphin Ex 10 model and is not interchangeable with covers from other Dolphin ranges.

Mikor kell kicserélni?

Replace this cover if the latch no longer clicks securely, if the plastic body is cracked or warped, or if the cover lifts during operation. A compromised cover will reduce filtration efficiency noticeably: the water returning to the pool will appear cloudy even after a full cleaning cycle, and fine sediment will settle back on the pool floor soon after cleaning.

Miért fontos a eredeti Maytronics?

Aftermarket filter covers are frequently moulded to looser tolerances and fail to form an adequate seal against the Dolphin Ex 10’s filter housing. The genuine Maytronics part is manufactured to the exact dimensional specification of the robot, ensuring the latch engages correctly and the cover remains watertight under the suction loads generated during normal operation. Using a non-genuine part can also void your Maytronics warranty.

Easy top-access servicing

The Dolphin Ex 10 is designed with a top-access filtration system, meaning the filter cover can be opened and the cartridge removed without tools and without turning the robot over. Replacing this cover restores the quick, no-mess filter-removal experience the robot was designed to deliver, keeping routine maintenance fast and hygienic.
