This is the genuine OEM orange filter cover assembly for the Maytronics Dolphin Ex 10 robotic pool cleaner. It forms the top-access lid that secures and seals the filter cartridge compartment, keeping filtration media correctly seated during every cleaning cycle and preventing debris from bypassing the filter.

Function and fit

The filter cover assembly locates over the filter housing bay on the Dolphin Ex 10 and latches down to create a leak-proof seal around the filter cartridge. Without a properly functioning cover, the filter can shift under water pressure, short-circuiting filtration and allowing fine debris to recirculate into the pool. This part is specific to the Dolphin Ex 10 model and is not interchangeable with covers from other Dolphin ranges.
