Rated to 30 bar and 120 °C, this 1¼” male-thread-to-40 mm hose tail adaptor from Profec bridges the gap between a threaded port and a flexible hose in pool plant rooms, pump installations, and industrial pipework. At 60 mm in overall length, it is compact enough for confined equipment bays while delivering a full-bore flow path suited to the larger hose diameters common on pool circulation and heat-pump circuits. The hexagonal body (spanner size 42) allows precise torqueing without slippage.
Material & pressure capability
Machined from solid brass, this adaptor resists corrosion in chemically treated pool environments and handles continuous working pressures up to 30 bar — well above the typical 2–4 bar found in pool circulation systems, making it equally at home in higher-pressure dosing or heating applications. The 120 °C temperature rating accommodates heat-pump and solar-heating return lines without degradation of the fitting body.
Connection geometry
One end presents a 1¼” male BSP thread that mates with any standard 1¼” female BSP port on pumps, valves, filters, or manifolds.
