This is the genuine Davey service motor kit (KSLL200 / SLL200E) designed specifically for old-generation Davey Silensor and SilensorPro large-basket pool pumps — the models without a splined shaft groove, typically manufactured before 2017. It provides everything needed to carry out a complete motor replacement in one box, including a new shaft and impeller to ensure full compatibility with the updated internal assembly.

Compatibilitate

This kit fits old-generation Davey Silensor SLL200E pumps — identifiable by their model designation ending in “-0” (or no generation suffix) and by the hexagonal recess on the face of the original impeller, indicating the absence of a splined groove. It is not suitable for newer “-1” generation SLL200E pumps. If you are unsure which generation your pump belongs to, check the data label on the rear of the motor housing before ordering.

What’s Included & Why It’s Replaced

The service motor kit covers the complete motor sub-assembly. Because the old-generation shaft design is not interchangeable with the current splined-groove shaft, this kit is supplied with a new shaft and impeller to ensure a correct, leak-free rebuild. It is typically fitted when the motor shows signs of bearing failure, electrical fault, overheating, or severely reduced flow — restoring full pump performance without the cost of a whole new unit.

Instalare

Motor replacement on the Davey Silensor range requires the dedicated Davey service spanners (part numbers 13810SP and 13810-1SP) to remove the case nuts safely. This is a technically involved procedure and should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or Davey-authorised service centre. Genuine Davey parts ensure correct tolerances and preserve any remaining warranty on the pump body.
