Jason – Elbow 90° PP compression 20mm 16bar black/blue DVGW/KIWA/WRAS/SVGW

Rated to a full 16 bar at 20 mm compression, this polypropylene elbow delivers a crisp 90° direction change in PE pipework — exactly the size needed for pool plant-room supply lines, filter headers, and heat-pump connections running on ½” equivalent metric pipe. The characteristic black body and blue compression nut make the fitting immediately identifiable on site, and quad-approval to DVGW, KIWA, WRAS, and SVGW confirms suitability for potable-water circuits across Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and Switzerland.

Tool-free compression assembly

Jason’s compression system requires no specialist tooling: the PE pipe is inserted into the fitting and the nut is hand-tightened to create the seal, making field installation straightforward even in confined plant-room spaces. The fitting accepts LDPE, PE80, and PE100 pipe, giving installers flexibility when working with whatever pipe specification is already on site.

Regulatory approvals & material integrity

Polypropylene construction offers excellent resistance to pool chemicals and to the treated water that circulates between plant-room components. The four independent certifications — DVGW (Germany), KIWA (Netherlands), WRAS (UK), and SVGW (Switzerland) — confirm the fitting meets rigorous third-party quality and hygiene standards, providing specifiers and installers with documented compliance for potable-water and pressure-pipe installations across Europe.

Dimensionamento da tubagem da sua piscina

The 20 mm compression size is the smallest in the Jason elbow range and suits smaller domestic pools and spas where compact, tidy plumbing runs are a priority. Where larger flow rates are required, the same fitting family is available in larger diameters, allowing a consistent connection system throughout the installation.
