Hanna Instruments pH/ORP/Temperature Pool Controller with External Dosing & Cloud Connectivity

The BL132-10 is a professional-grade wall-mounted automatic controller designed to continuously measure and regulate pH, ORP (oxidation-reduction potential), and temperature in swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Dosing is done by external pumps (not included), which the controller switches on demand. Supplied complete with an HI1036-1802 digital combination electrode, pipe saddle collar, and full Hanna Cloud connectivity via Ethernet, it is a true all-in-one water quality management solution.

Intelligent dosing & measurement

The BL132-10 uses proportional control for both pH and ORP dosing, with an adjustable set point and proportional band so the system doses more chemical when further from target and less as it approaches — minimising overshoot. A start delay and overdose protection guard against dosing at the wrong moment or for too long.

Hanna cloud connectivity

The BL132-10 connects to the Hanna Cloud platform via a secure Ethernet connection. Pool operators and technicians can view the readings and control the unit remotely through the Hanna Cloud web application, without needing physical access to the controller.

Compatibility & what’s in the box

The BL132-10 is the in-line configuration of the BL132 family, designed for direct installation of the probe into the existing pipework — no separate flow cell is required. It is supplied with the HI1036-1802 combined digital pH/ORP/temperature electrode (2 m cable) and a mounting collar for the probe. The panel version with flow cell is the BL132-20. The HI1036 probe has a matching pin that acts as an electrical ground and prevents unstable readings.
