The entire assembly — probe, armoured conduit, and connectors — carries an IP68 rating, meaning it is fully protected against sustained immersion. A 5-metre factory-fitted cable, sheathed in a flexible black spiral-wound conduit, connects the buried probe to the control cabinet with minimal signal loss. Bare wire ends at the controller side simplify termination into any standard irrigation controller or data-acquisition terminal block.
