Net’Skim® – Disposable Skimmer Pre-Filter Bags Box of 12

With a 250–300 micron mesh rating, the Net’Skim® skimmer pre-filter bag captures fine debris — leaves, pine needles, pollen, insects and hair — that a standard skimmer basket lets pass straight through. Each box contains 12 single-use bags and fits any basket skimmer up to 24 cm in diameter, with or without a handle, making it a genuinely universal fit across pool types.

Debris capture & pump protection

Standard skimmer baskets act as little more than a coarse sieve, allowing fine debris to pass into the filtration circuit where it can accelerate filter bed saturation and, in the worst cases, cause irreversible damage to the pump impeller. The Net’Skim® bag lines the basket and intercepts this finer fraction, reducing the frequency of both backwashing and filter media replacement — and ultimately extending pump service life.

Patented double-fixing system

A T-shaped plastic anchor clips into the base of the basket meshwork whilst an elastic band stretches over the basket rim, securing the bag at both ends. This dual fixation prevents debris from being ejected back into the pool water when the pump stops — a common problem with loose-fitting alternatives. The bag is simply lifted clear of the basket, sealed, and discarded; no contact with collected waste is required.

Chemical savings & eco credentials

By reducing the organic load reaching the main filter and pool water, the Net’Skim® can meaningfully lower chlorine and chemical consumption over a season. The treated fibre construction is resistant to chlorine and standard pool disinfectants, ensuring the bag remains intact for its full working cycle before disposal.
