Jason – Elbow 90° PP Compression 32 mm 16 bar black/blue

Rated to a full 16 bar working pressure and sized at 32 mm, this Jason polypropylene compression elbow delivers a reliable 90° direction change in PE pipework without the need for heat tools or special equipment. The compact PP body connects to LDPE, PE80, and PE100 pipe, making it equally at home on pool plant-room pipework, backwash lines, and equipment feed runs.

Multi-market approvals & potable-water compliance

The fitting carries four independent approvals — DVGW (Germany), KIWA (Netherlands), WRAS (United Kingdom), and SVGW (Switzerland) — confirming that it meets rigorous hygiene and pressure standards for drinking-water and general water-supply applications across Europe. This breadth of certification means the same component satisfies inspectors and water authorities in multiple countries, simplifying specification on cross-border projects.

Tool-free compression connection

The black body and blue compression nut colour-coding makes correct assembly immediately obvious during installation. The compression mechanism grips the PE pipe securely without adhesives or fusion equipment, and — as with all Jason compression fittings — the connection can be released and the fitting reused if pipework is reconfigured. No separate pipe-insert is required for standard PE pipe wall thicknesses, keeping installation straightforward for both trade installers and pool-equipment dealers.

Material & long-term durability

Polypropylene construction resists the chlorinated water, pool chemicals, and mild UV exposure typical of outdoor plant-room environments. PP is lightweight, corrosion-proof, and maintains dimensional stability across the temperature ranges found in European pool installations, contributing to a long service life with minimal maintenance.
