Davey – StarFlo DSF150-1 járókerék, nyakgyűrű és mechanikus tömítés készlet – 33165SP

Davey – StarFlo DSF150-1 Impeller, Neck Ring & Mechanical Seal Kit

This genuine Davey spare-parts kit (33165SP) contains the three core hydraulic-end wear components for the StarFlo DSF150-1 pool pump: a new-generation impeller, the neck ring that houses it, and a replacement mechanical shaft seal. Supplied together as a matched set, these parts restore full flow performance and stop shaft-seal leaks in a single service visit.

Kompatibilitás

This kit is designed exclusively for the Davey StarFlo DSF150-1 single-phase pool pump, including the CE variant (DSF150CE) sold across Europe. It is not interchangeable with any other StarFlo model — each pump size in the range (DSF200, DSF250, DSF300, DSF420) has its own dedicated impeller-and-seal kit. Always verify the model number on your pump label before ordering.

Mikor kell kicserélni ezeket az alkatrészeket

The mechanical seal should be replaced at the first sign of water weeping from the pump body or motor end, or after any dry-running incident — running the pump without water can damage the seal and is not covered under warranty. The impeller and neck ring are typically renewed when flow rate drops noticeably, when the impeller shows erosion or cracking, or as part of a full hydraulic-end overhaul. Replacing all three components together ensures balanced wear and avoids a repeat strip-down shortly afterwards.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

Genuine Davey parts are engineered to the exact tolerances of the StarFlo hydraulic end. The new-generation impeller design delivers optimised flow efficiency, while the mechanical seal is manufactured to the same silicon carbide Viton specification used in the original pump build — proven for long service life in chlorinated and salt-chlorinated pool water. Third-party alternatives may compromise performance or void your Davey warranty.
