Davey – PoolFresh Power Supply Front Flap (Grey)

The Front Flap (grey) is the genuine Davey replacement cover panel for the front face of the PoolFresh salt water chlorinator power supply unit. It protects and encloses the internal control components — including the LED board, ON/OFF switch, and circuit breaker — and is the outermost panel customers interact with daily. Replace it when the original flap is cracked, discoloured, broken, or no longer closes securely.

Kompatibilitás

This front flap is a direct OEM spare part listed for the Davey PoolFresh PFD8CE (8 g) and PFD20CE (20 g) salt water chlorinator models. One flap is required per power supply unit. It is not compatible with other Davey chlorinator ranges such as the ProMatic or EcoSalt series — always confirm your model number before ordering.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

As a genuine Davey part, this flap is manufactured to the exact fit and UV-stabilised material specification of the original, ensuring correct closure, weather resistance, and compliance with Davey’s warranty requirements. Third-party panels may not align correctly with the internal bracket or switch cut-outs, risking ingress of moisture and damage to the electronics inside.

Telepítés

Fitting is straightforward: power down the PoolFresh unit completely before starting, remove any screws or retention clips securing the old flap, swap in the new panel, and refasten. No specialist tools are required, though referencing the PoolFresh Installation and Operating Instructions is recommended to ensure correct reassembly before returning the unit to service.
