AstralPool - Viena Filter Diffuser Assembly BP.2000-160 (Position 19) - CE04160097

AstralPool – Viena Filter Diffuser Assembly BP.2000-160 (Position 19)

This is the genuine AstralPool replacement diffuser assembly for the Viena Filter (SLX2000-50M), identified as position 19 in the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram. The diffuser sits at the top of the filter’s internal distribution system, evenly spreading incoming water across the full sand bed to ensure consistent, high-efficiency filtration. Replacing a worn or cracked diffuser restores proper flow distribution and prevents channelling through the filter media.

Kompatibilitás

Designed exclusively for the AstralPool Viena Filter model SLX2000-50M — a large-format, Ø 2,000 mm sand filter with a 160 mm pipe connection and a rated flow of up to 157 m³/h. Always cross-reference position 19 on the official Fluidra exploded-view diagram for your unit before ordering to confirm fitment. This assembly is not interchangeable with smaller Viena Filter variants that carry different BP designations.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

Manufactured from chemical-resistant PVC and polypropylene, the genuine AstralPool diffuser assembly is engineered to the exact dimensional tolerances of the Viena Filter tank. Off-brand alternatives risk poor sealing, uneven flow distribution, and premature failure — all of which reduce water quality and can shorten the service life of the filter media and surrounding components.

Telepítés

Access requires draining the filter and removing the lid to reach the internal distribution assembly. The diffuser assembly locates onto the central standpipe and must be securely seated before sand media is returned. Professional installation is recommended for large commercial-grade filters of this size to ensure safe reassembly and correct media re-loading.
